As an IT Project Delivery Director, I am responsible for overseeing complex technology implementations and transformations across multiple public sector departments. I lead teams of delivery managers, project managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver innovative solutions on time and on budget. Through strong communication, detailed planning and rigorous business change management, I keep projects running seamlessly even during hectic times.

In my spare time, I enjoy the creative process of designing and building websites and run a (very) small Web Design side business.
